The product must be ordered at Markberg.com
In the order we need you to infirm us with your name, address, cell phone number, e-mail and card information.
When you have made an order, you will get an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check you spam filter, if you haven’t received it. The order confirmation will be sent immediately after the payment is registered. If the payment information is incorrect, the payment and the order will be rejected.
Please contact us if you made a mistake doing the order.
An order made on a holiday or in the weekend, will be processed on the following working day.
The prices on Markberg.com is in euro, which is incl., VAT. At Markberg.com, we take reservations for typos, price changes and sold-out items.
When buying at Markberg.com it is possible to pay with the following credit cards:
Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB or MobilePay.
When the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will deduct our payment from your credit card.
At Markberg.com we want to give our customers the best possible terms for delivery, the following will be the basis for our delivery and freight:
Orders for delivery in EU:
Free delivery for orders above 300 DKK / 40 EUR.
Freight cost 39 DKK / 5 EUR for orders below 300 DKK / 40 EUR
Orders for delivery outside EU:
179 DKK / 24 EUR
When you receive your package, it is important that you control the contents of the package. If the package or the content is damaged, you must inform us within 2 days.
Markberg will deliver your package with UPS or GLS and the package will be delivered to the given delivery address.
When shopping at Markberg.com you will be able to regret your purchase within 14 days. Markberg.com will return your purchase amount when we receive your return package or documentation of return after 14 days.
When you return your products to Markberg.com you must cover the costs of the return and ship the products in a proper package.

We recommend that you send your package return as a track and trace delivery. This way we avoid any doubt that the package has been recieved at our warehouse.

You must return the goods in the same condition, as you received them and with the original receipt, if you want your purchase amount returned. You may try the product in the same way, as you would have in a store. The product will be checked when it arrives.
When you have returned the products to us, we will refund your purchase amount in the same way as we received the order within 14 days. Be aware the refund doesn’t include any shipping costs. The refund will be hold back, until Markberg have received the goods. The amount for the returned goods, will be transfered to the same credit card as used by placing the order.

On all of Markbergs products there is by the Danish law a 24 months warranty, which includes manufacturing or material defects which may occur under normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or wear that is caused by poor maintenance, improper use or wear and tear.
If you discover an error, defect or claim at your Markberg product, then please send us an e-mail where you write your information, attached a picture of the claim and the receipt. When you have informed us about the claim and given us these information, we will arrange a return if the claim have been accepted. Please always make sure that the product is returned in a proper packaging. Markberg do not refund any shipping costs, if haven’t been an agreement about it. Once we receive your claim, it will be reviewed and assessed as within 5 workdays.
Always remember to save the receipt and send a copy of it in any possible claim situation.

Markberg ApS will collect personal data for the completion of a transaction at our web shop.
The personal data collected by us will include your name, e-mail address, private address and phone number.
Your data will be registered at Markberg ApS and will be archived for five years, afterwards the data will be deleted.
Please note, that we will only use your personal data if you have prior given your explicit consent.
In general, we do not transfer your personal data to a third part without you consent.
However, information which is used for delivery of orders will be transferred to the shipping company used by Markberg. Your personal data is disclosed to Markbergs partners, who deliver services on behalf of Markberg.
Under specific circumstances and with reference to legislation, it might be necessary to transfer information to public authorities or the police. For example, in case of suspicion of credit card fraud.
As a registered costumer at Markberg, you are at any time entitled to be informed about your personal data if requested by you. You also have the right to get your data deleted in our system.
