Claims

Returns
The return period is 30 days from the date of order receipt.
We do not cover return shipping costs. Please make sure to get a receipt when delivering the package at the parcel shop.
The return period is extended until January 15, 2026, for orders placed during the Black Days period and throughout December.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the product you received and place a new order.
We will refund the money once we have received the returned product. It typically takes 6–7 business days from receipt for the refund to appear in your account.
