The product must be ordered at Markberg.com
In the order we need you to infirm us with your name, address, cell phone number, e-mail and card information.
When you have made an order, you will get an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check you spam filter, if you haven’t received it. The order confirmation will be sent immediately after the payment is registered. If the payment information is incorrect, the payment and the order will be rejected.
Please contact us if you made a mistake doing the order.
An order made on a holiday or in the weekend, will be processed on the following working day.
The prices on Markberg.com are in euro, which is incl., VAT. At Markberg.com, we take reservations for typos, price changes and sold-out items.
When buying at Markberg.com it is possible to pay with the following credit cards:
- Visa Electron
- American Express
- Diners Club International
- JCB or MobilePay.
When the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will deduct our payment from your credit card.
Klarna Invoice Payment
When paying with an invoice, the invoice to the buyer is sent when the item is shipped. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice. For payment by invoice, the payment period is 14 days from the day the goods are sent from us. To be able to pay by invoice, our payment partner requires your social security number to carry out a credit assessment, in addition to your order being sent to your registered address in the National Register. There is no invoice fee if you choose to pay with Klarna Faktura. If payment is not made, a reminder fee and default interest will be added according to Klarna's rules and standard fees. If payment after this still does not take place, the case will be sent for collection to a debt collection agency where additional costs may be incurred.
Klarna Partial Payment
You also have the option of choosing Klarna Partial Payment and Klarna Account. Just like when you buy with a regular invoice, you get the goods before you pay. You can choose to split your payment in 6, 12 or 24 months. Klarna Account divides your invoices so that you only receive one invoice each month, where all Klarna invoices you have purchased for the past month are collected. In order to offer you Klarna's payment solutions, we can transfer your personal information at checkout in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment solutions and to tailor these payment solutions to you.
Your transferred personal information will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy statement.
At Markberg.com we want to give our customers the best possible terms for delivery. The following will be the basis for our delivery and freight:
Orders for delivery in EU:
Free delivery to parcel shops for orders above 55 EUR.
Freight cost 9 EUR for orders below 55 EUR.
Orders for delivery outside EU:
When you receive your package, it is important that you check the content of the package. If the package or the content is damaged, you must inform us within 2 days.
Markberg will deliver your package with UPS or GLS and the package will be delivered to the given delivery address.
When shopping at Markberg.com you will be able to regret your purchase within 14 days. Markberg.com will return your purchase amount when we receive your return package or documentation of return.
When you return your products to Markberg.com you must cover the costs of the return and ship the products in a proper package.

We recommend that you send your return package as a track and trace delivery. This way we avoid any doubt that the package has been recieved at our warehouse.
The product must be in the same condition, as when you received the product.

You must return the goods in the same condition, as you received them and with the original receipt, if you want your purchase amount returned. You may try the product in the same way, as you would have in a store. The product will be checked when it arrives.
When you have returned the products to us, we will refund your purchase amount to the credit card. Be aware the refund doesn’t include any shipping costs. The refund will be held back, until Markberg have received the goods. The amount for the returned goods, will be transfered to the same credit card as used by placing the order.

On all of Markbergs products there is by the Danish law a 24 months warranty, which includes manufacturing or material defects which may occur under normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or wear that is caused by poor maintenance, improper use or wear and tear.
If you discover an error, defect or claim at your Markberg product, then please send us an e-mail where you write your information, attach a picture of the claim and the receipt. When you have informed us about the claim and given us this information, we will arrange a return if the claim has been accepted. Please always make sure that the product is returned in a proper packaging. Markberg does not refund any shipping costs, if there hasn’t been made an agreement about it. Once we receive your claim, it will be reviewed and assessed within 5 workdays.
Always remember to save the receipt and send a copy of it in any possible claim situation.
