Shipping options and rates
At Markberg.com we want to give our customers the best possible terms for delivery. The following will be the basis for our delivery and freight:
Orders for delivery in EU:
Free delivery to parcel shops for orders above 65 EUR.
Freight cost 9 EUR for orders below 65 EUR.
Orders for delivery outside EU:
24 EUR
When you receive your package, it is important that you check the content of the package. If the package or the content is damaged, you must inform us within 2 business days.
Markberg will deliver your package with UPS or GLS and the package will be delivered to the given delivery address.
Shipping
All Markberg orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Denmark to your country. The Estimated Delivery window provided by Markberg reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Markbergs control.
Christmas:
The last day for ordering before Christmas depends on the country to which your order is to be shipped. Below, you can see the last ordering day for your country. If you order after this day, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas.

Customs information
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Denmark may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.
For specific information about customs, import duties, etc., please contact your local tax and customs authorities.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Returns
When shopping at Markberg.com you can return your order within 30 days after receiving your order.
Important! We will extend the return period for Christmas gifts until the 15th of January. Therefore, all orders bought on 1 November and going forward until Christmas will have a prolonged return period until the 15th of January.

When returning your item to Markberg.com, you must cover the cost of the return and ship the products in proper packaging. You can choose the carrier you want; there is no required carrier. We also recommend that you send your return order as a track-and-trace delivery. This way, we can verify proof of delivery at our warehouse.
Please include the return note in the shipment.
Important Information for Returns outside EU:
When returning a package, it is important that you address it to a business as the recipient—not a private individual. This is especially crucial if you are sending the return from outside the EU. Otherwise, customs duties may be applied, which will not be covered by us
Product condition
Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Refund
Once the return has been checked by our team. We will refund you as quickly as possible and to the original payment method.
Refund requests may take 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to review. Once approved, please allow up to 10 days for the money to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or canceled.

Exchange
Need A Different Color or Size? Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. If you wish to buy another style, simply return it and we will issue a refund as mention above, and then you can purchase the new item separately.
