This model can be used for smartphones. The index finger and thumb on both the right and left glove have touch screen function. Note that the touch screen function may diminish over time as the glove wears.

The gloves have 70% wool and 30% acrylic lining, and can keep your hands warm down to freezing point. Wool is a naturally warming and self-cleaning material. This type of lining is the warmest in our glove range.

Delivery within the EU

Free delivery to parcel shops on orders of 65 EUR or more.

Orders below 65 EUR: 15 EUR shipping.

Returns

When you shop at Markberg.com, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Extended Christmas returns

Orders placed between 1 November and 31 December 2026 can be returned until 15 January 2027. If you receive your order late, you still have the full 30 days from delivery.

Return shipping is at your own expense. Please pack the items securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so that delivery to our warehouse can be confirmed.

Please include the return slip in your parcel.

Important information for returns from outside the EU

Address your return to Markberg ApS as a business recipient, not to a private individual. This is especially important when shipping from outside the EU. Otherwise customs duties may be charged, and we cannot cover these.

Product condition

You may examine the items as you would in a store. Please return them with all tags and labels attached. If an item has been handled more than needed to examine it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days before the amount appears on your account.
