When returning your item to Markberg.com you must cover the costs of the return and ship the products in a proper package. We also recommend that you send your return order as a track and trace delivery. This way we can verify proof of delivery at our warehouse.

When returning a package, it is important that you address it to a business as the recipient—not a private individual. This is especially crucial if you are sending the return from outside the EU. Otherwise, customs duties may be applied, which will not be covered by us

Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
